TERMS OF SALES

• By purchasing tickets through ADDtix, you agree to all stated terms and conditions.
• Attendees must comply with all event rules and regulations.
• Ticket prices exclude tax and platform fees.
• Only a maximum of 8 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• It is a must to purchase tickets using the attendee's/participant's full name as stated on a valid government-issued ID or Passport.
• The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry without refund if the information does not match.
• Upon successful payment, the payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. The e-ticket will be sent 7 days before the event date.
• All seats are numbered. Seat numbers will be assigned automatically by the system based on payment time.
• There is a fixed capacity for wheelchair accessible seats, please contact in order to reserve your seats.
• The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket if it is necessary to do so due to a change in the event layout, production requirements, or for health and safety reasons. In such cases, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the replacement seating is of a comparable value to that purchased.
• Seat assignments are subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to upgrade or reassign seating at its sole discretion. Any such change will not entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund provided the new seating is within the same price category or higher.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Strictly no admission for children below the age of 7.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
• The Seat Map / Venue Layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not drawn to scale and is for ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice.
• The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is strictly prohibited. Purchased tickets cannot be canceled and/or transferred to another party for any reason.
• Promoter is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties or resellers. Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• Attendees/Participants must show the original ticket to the event in order to enter the venue. Electronic Ticket (E-ticket) will be exchanged with a physical ticket (if any) before entering the venue. Attendees/Participants will be updated accordingly.
• The Event Organizer may postpone, cancel, and/or relocate the event due to unforeseen circumstances and/or government regulations.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or modify programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation.
• If the event is canceled, rescheduled, or relocated, we will make every effort to notify ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that all buyers will be informed prior to the event date. It is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes. Neither ADDtix nor the Event Organizer shall be liable for any additional losses, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
• By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and presence in photographs, videos, and other media captured during the Event. These materials may be used by the Event Organizer for promotional, marketing, and other purposes on their websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels without further consent or compensation.

ADMISSION POLICY

• Please note that advertised event start times are subject to change. Door opening and closing times do not indicate the actual start or end time of the event. Kindly refer to the Event's official page for updates.
• Upon entering the venue, all ticket holders MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation, including children.
• There is a fixed capacity for wheelchair accessible seats, please contact in order to reserve your seats.
• Strictly no admission for children below the age of 7.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and must hold a valid ticket.
• The Event Organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable for any lost or damaged tickets.
• Security checks may be conducted at the venue. Ticket holders may be subject to body and/or bag checks and may be refused entry if suspected of violating any terms and conditions.
• Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, explosives, toxic or flammable materials, narcotics, outside food and beverages, and any items that may disrupt the event.
• Entry may be refused if the ticket is deemed invalid, including tickets that have been used, damaged, altered, or not purchased from official or authorized sales channels.
• Any violation of venue rules or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.

PURCHASE INFORMATION

• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided at the time of purchase is accurate and up to date.
• We are not responsible for invalid transactions resulting from incorrect information.
• Upon successful payment, the payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. The e-ticket will be sent 7 days before the event date.
• If you do not receive a Payment Confirmation or encounter an error during payment, it is your responsibility to contact us to confirm whether your order has been successfully placed.
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code that will be validated upon entry. Please do not share or post your e-ticket(s) online to prevent misuse or forgery.
• All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
• Please keep your Payment Confirmation email as proof of purchase.
• The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attending the event, including travel to and from the venue and while inside the venue.
